Composition
BC Glusteron 20% solution contains stabilized glutaraldehyde (20%), buffered compounds, corrosion inhibitor, auxiliaries, dye, water.
Application
Recommended dose
1%-for disinfection
2% - for high level disinfection and cold sterilization.
Recommended use
Use Glusteron 20% after dilution.
Clean all items to be sterilized with a detergent or a pre-disinfectant product BC PreCleanUp. Open all hinged instruments and other items. Disassemble those instruments with sliding or multiple parts because the solution must contact all surfaces for sterilization to be achieved. Place all items in the soaking bath so that they completely submerged by the solution. Soaking bath should always be covered with a lid.
Contact time: High level disinfection – 10 min; sterilization - 60min.
Carefully remove the instruments from the solution and brush if necessary to remove any remaining visible debris. Rinse thoroughly under purified water. Ensure that instruments with recesses and channels are covered without any bubbles. Dry instruments with a clean disposable paper towel. Pack the instruments and keep in aseptic conditions.

Range of action
Bactericidial (including tuberculocidal), fungicidal (including Candida Albicans and Aspergilus niger), virucidal (including HIV-1, HBV-1 and BVDV(surrogate of HCV), sporocidal (Bacillus subtilis).

- Harmful by inhalation and if swallowed.
- Causes burns.
- Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
- Operate in well-ventilated areas.
- Use face protective mask and gloves.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Keep at temperature +5°C...+35°C.
- Do not use beyond expiry date.
- Shelf life of ready for use solutions – 30days.
- Store in clean and tightly closed containers.
